Innovative Decisions, Inc., (IDI) is seeking experienced full-time and part-time decision analysts for openings in Columbia, MD, Vienna, VA, and Washington, DC, to help our government and commercial clients make better decisions.  IDI is a rapidly growing management consulting firm specializing in decision analysis, operations research, and systems engineering.  The ideal applicant will be self-motivating, possess excellent communications skills, have a degree in operations research or a related field, and have work experience in one or more of the following areas: decision and risk analysis, multiple objective decision analysis, probabilistic inference analysis using Bayesian nets, portfolio management, process modeling and simulation, social network analysis, optimization, and statistical analysis.  The applicant must have a current or recent security clearance with the US government, or be a U.S. citizen and eligible to apply for a clearance.  IDI is only interested in applicants who are committed to excellence and who want to continuously improve their skills.  Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work with some of the best experts in decision analysis.
