Mr. Sullins has over eight years of DoD, Federal Government and Commercial experience in Intelligence Analysis, Counter-IED Operations Geospatial Imagery Analysis. Moreover, he has 6 1/2 years of ORSA experience (GRF/Lead Trainer/Exercise Support). Over 3 years as lead CENTCOM ORSA in J9/Trends Branch. Over 3 years DOD OCONUS experience in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Currently, he is functioning as the JIDA GRF/Trainer ORSA (from January 2013 to April 2017). Served in a Deputy PM from January 2012 to December 2012. Experience working with EOD providing analytical product support for C-IED and Threat Network targeting, as well as acquisition support, requirements analysis, product integration, cost-benefit and risk analysis. Integrates All-Source information with statistical methods to produce a comprehensive analysis built on a preponderance of evidence and fact.
Mr. Sullins has 6 years’ experience in the Operations Research field as an JIDO J9 / Trends Branch CENTCOM ORSA specializing in presenting complicated, quantitative data in simplified, concise, understandable terms to simplify complex problems. Mr. Sullins, from June 2011 to April 2017, provided tailored quantitative / qualitative analytical support to USSOCOM, SECDEF, Combatant Commanders, Joint Staff, and Regional Command, Division Support elements, US Brigade Combat Teams, C-IED Support Teams, Coalition Units and agencies within the intelligence community. Mr. Sullins, from June 2011 to April 2017, provided quality statistical analysis, tailored analysis products, trend assessments, regression analysis and advanced algorithmic design solutions methods to help organizations investigate complex issues, identify and solve complex problems. Mr. Sullins, from June 2011 to April 2017, continued several initiatives, design & build large databases, data collator, natural language processing and big data analysis, interpreting data, analyzing results and data collection systems. Mr. Sullins, from June 2011 to April 2017, provide statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling and other methods to analyze information and develop practical solutions to inform decisions Tradecraft tools include, but are not limited to SAS, VBA, ArcGIS, Excel, SPSS. Mr. Sullins has four years and seven months’ experience in the Operations Research field as an JIDA ORSA presenting complicated, quantitative data in simplified, concise, understandable terms to units and staffs while in preparation for and during pre-deployment exercises at the National Training Center (NTC), Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), Joint Mission Readiness Center (JMRC) and other designated locations CONUS and OCONUS. Mr. Sullins, January 2009 to April 2013, mentors Intelligence analysts on the use and implementation of Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A) / Joint Intelligence Operations Capability – Iraq (JIOC-I) related tools for United States Army Infantry Brigades and Special Operations.
