Jem Anderson

Senior Analyst

Mr. Anderson has nearly 30 years of experience as a team leader, GEOINT analyst, collection manager and systems engineer, including three years of experience in performance modeling and decision analysis for the US National Security Community.  His philosophy of leadership focuses on developing the skills of his teammates, inspiring their creativity and encouraging them to put the team’s (and customer’s) welfare first.

 As an engineer and analyst, he has written Operations Concept documents, overseen software testing, managed system requirements and supported system integration, performance analysis and decision making while employed by Booz Allen Hamilton, BAE Systems, Engility, General Dynamics and S2 Analytical Solutions.  In addition, he served more than 12 years as an active-duty US Air Force officer and another eleven years in the Air Force Reserve where he mentored and led teams comprised of personnel from multiple backgrounds and career fields.
